Tisa is a certified mindfulness meditation and compassion teacher, studying under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach in the Insight/Vipassana tradition.

Mindfulness meditation and compassion practices have many scientifically studied health benefits including strengthening the immune system, improving mood and positive emotions, increasing focus, lowering blood pressure and stress levels, and nurturing compassion for the self and others.

Tisa offers six-week introductory classes to anyone new to mindfulness meditation and compassion practices.

For individuals seeking a more personalized approach to learning, Tisa is available to teach private classes. 

She can also partner with your company to facilitate workplace wellness events, teaching mindfulness as a tool to help manage stress and foster a more compassionate professional culture.
